Teresa strongly believes in a healthy lifestyle and especially in the powerful benefits that your body gains when practicing Pilates. Pilates is ‘people friendly’ and can be tailored to your needs! Teresa qualified as a Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor in 2018 after moving to London from Dubai and has been delivering both personalised and group classes. Keeping sessions interesting and challenging, but also precision orientated is key to her teaching technique.
