Natalie is a qualified 200 hour Yoga Instructor who teaches Vinyasa Flow, Power, Hatha and Restorative Yoga. She’s also a certified Meditation Teacher. Natalie is passionate about teaching students to focus on developing the core foundations within their practice as opposed to striving to rush to the end goal. You can expect a session with her to pay particular attention to technique and the importance of connecting to the breath, in order for you to deepen or explore both your physical and mental practice.
