Lena is a 200h certified yoga teacher with a background in belly dancing. In her classes she focuses on breath work, movement exploration, self-love, kindness and acceptance. Lena believes in building a community and bringing people together. Sharing and caring. For her yoga is a system of personal development and everyone will experience it differently, hence her classes are open to all, no matter if they are beginners or advanced yogis.
