Julie has practiced Yoga for 23 years and became a qualified Sivananda teacher in 2014. Julie has a mindful approach to teaching and teaches from her heart. She likes to focus on correct alignment, proper breathing, the benefits of each posture and the connection between mind, body, soul and spirit.
