Izzi is a 200hr YAI-CYT qualified yoga teacher, with almost ten years of yoga experience. As well as teaching vinyasa yoga, Izzi specialises in restorative yin yoga, meditation and breathing techniques. Izzi’s main intention as a yoga teacher is to help her students grow in confidence and wellbeing. In her classes, the focus is on the life-long benefits of yoga, rather than on hitting particular shapes or looking a certain way. Izzi is passionate about personal growth, mindfulness, wellbeing and putting love at the centre.
