Hannah’s Yoga classes include practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation and introduction to Pranayama. She is passionate about health, happiness, and prosperity. Within her fitness and yoga classes she actively promotes her passion and encourages others to focus on their wellbeing, including concentrating on mental health, high life satisfaction, and a sense of meaning / purpose. Hannah travelled and completed her Yoga teacher training in India. Hannah enjoys travelling the globe practicing and teaching yoga and discovering the natural hidden beauty in the world.
