Elise found yoga 10 years ago and has been teaching Vinyasa and meditation since 2017. She conscientiously creates classes with intelligent sequencing and alignment cues that connect you to the breath. Grateful for the knowledge Elise has collected from her teachers, her goal is to share this with the community.  Inspired by her background in the arts and music, nature and philosophy – expect her classes to be full of energy and creativity.
