Divya is dedicated to helping people find calm in their lives, clarity in their minds and wellbeing in their bodies. She has been a committed yoga and meditation practitioner since the ’90s and is a senior accredited Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance 1000+ hrs). She’s also a professional Mindfulness Facilitator and Meditation Teacher. She specialises in teaching Mindfulness Meditation, as well as Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
