Alexandra came back to Yoga after a professional career in dance, this time with the aim of becoming a teacher. She has worked with a wide range of clients from beginners to athletes. Her classes are dynamic, based in a grounded and compassionate approach with emphasis on postural alignment and mindfulness of breath. She always takes into account individual needs, addressing the balance between strength and flexibility, using yoga as a rehabilitating toll for the body and meditation for the mind.
