How do I get rewarded?

By registering on our site, you are able to accumulate credits for each Treatment you book (so long as it costs a minimum of £60 AFTER discounts and rewards are applied). You receive a free Treatment (up to a maximum value of £60) after your sixth booking with us.

How do I book?

The easiest way will be to use our online booking system but you can also book by calling us on 0207 866 2530

Do you offer sensual massage services?

We do not offer any kind of sexual or sensual services, so please do not ask our professional Practitioners

What should I wear for the massage?

For an oil based massage, we recommend that you undress to your own level of comfort. For a Thai massage, we recommend that you wear loose, light fit clothing or undress to your underwear. Our Practitioners will always use a towel to preserve your modesty.

Should I tip the Practitioner(s)?

Tipping is entirely up to you but our Practitioners will appreciate any extra payments you make for an outstanding treatment. All our Practitioners will deliver you an outstanding treatment.

Do Practitioners carry a Massage table?

Massage Practitioners have a choice as to whether to carry a Massage table or not. Clients can choose to use a Massage table or not for their Massage treatment. Clients requesting a table will be matched to Practitioners who carry a table and clients requesting not to use a table will be matched with Practitioners who do not carry a table.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes, appointments can be cancelled, subject to the below cancellation policy:

We will fully refund any appointment cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.

Where you find that you have made a mistake with a booking, you have a 15 minutes grace period post submitting the booking to cancel or amend without any charge. Please note that any amendments / change of time is subject to the same appointment cancellation policy as above.

Yes, we believe in giving the client freedom to choose.
